About Hue Test
Hue Test (huetestgame.com) is the home of our own free Hue Test color game. It asks a simple question – how finely can you tell shades apart on your screen? – and turns it into short, replayable rounds. No download, no account, and it works on phones, tablets and computers.
Three modes
- Hue Line – five rows of color chips between two fixed ends. Swap chips until each row is a smooth gradient. Rows get longer and the hue steps smaller.
- Odd Hue Out – one tile in the grid is a slightly different hue. Find as many as you can in 60 seconds.
- Daily Hue – five Hue Line rows generated from today's date, the same for every player.
Hue Test is a game, not a medical test. It cannot diagnose color blindness or any eye condition. Screens, brightness, night-mode filters and room lighting all change how colors look, so compare scores only on the same device and setup.
More games
Alongside Hue Test, we offer a curated collection of free HTML5 games that test your eyes in other ways – spot-the-difference, hidden object, color and observation games. These games are made by third-party developers and are embedded through the GameMonetize distribution network; they remain the property of their respective owners. We select and categorize them so you can find something fun quickly.
